聆聽這張專輯，先把音樂聽完再開始思考他寫在專輯上的一小段文字：....the question of skepticism….
Hein 以哲學人角度來看音樂，製造音樂，製造當下音樂/聲響
『懷疑』為主軸審視音樂的本質，以『懷疑』來看即興這個演奏形式
而用『懷疑』這個態度來看整個藝術。
文中提到德國哲學家Gadamer，他對藝術這件事的理論。我後來找出Gadamer在六十歲時發表的『真理與方法』一書提到人民對藝術的定義以及藝術存在、產生的方式。非常有趣！
在Gadamer哲學理論中，藝術的產生有它一定的社會背景，時空與思想。抽調這一層歷史，此藝術就喪失其原始的生命力。
這張The Oxymothastic Objectar，是Hein的電吉他獨奏，收錄七首他的獨奏，那音樂富有無窮得張力，完整的作曲架構，看似激烈的聲響，是爆炸是不和諧，突然無預警的寂靜，或是脆弱得音飄在空氣中。曲子每一首得標題都是一句來自奧地利哲學家 Ludwig Wittgenstein 的作品 On Certainty, 裡面述說著人們日以為常的認知，那些認知可以導致錯誤、誤會，那些認知往往與真理有極大的距離。從Wittgenstein開始告訴大家懷疑這件事，再轉入Hein想要告訴大家這即興音樂上持有懷疑態度建造藝術。這讓我開始對做音樂，做當下聲音又有更進一步連結。非常值得欣賞這張專輯以及這位聲音藝術家。
